At Frank Store, we process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, delivery is estimated to take 24 to 72 business hours.

Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Although we are not a logistics company, we do our best to ensure you receive your purchase quickly and in perfect condition, because we know how important that is to you.

Shipping is free on orders over €50.

If your purchase does not reach this amount, a fixed cost will be applied, which you will see detailed before finalizing your order.

Garments must be in perfect condition, with their original tag and without signs of wear.

At Frank Store, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You can request a return conveniently from home or via a drop-off point, for a fixed cost of €4.50 (Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, and Peninsular Portugal*).

- For us to accept your return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
- Footwear and accessories must include their brand box and dust bag, and be shipped within the FRANK outer box.
- Garments with a security tag must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will proceed with an automatic refund, deducting the €4.50 collection fee, using the same payment method used for your purchase. We will notify you by email when this is done.

⚠️ We do not accept returns of unsealed underwear or rejected orders without reason (management fee: €6.50).
