At Frank Store, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You can request a return conveniently from home or via a drop-off point, for a fixed cost of €4.50 (Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, and Peninsular Portugal*).
- For us to accept your return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
- Footwear and accessories must include their brand box and dust bag, and be shipped within the FRANK outer box.
- Garments with a security tag must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will proceed with an automatic refund, deducting the €4.50 collection fee, using the same payment method used for your purchase. We will notify you by email when this is done.
